| now PANORAMA TABLE FOOTBALL CLUB Est. 2007 Proud member of S.A.T.F.A (South African Table Football Association) LATEST NEWS CLIFFORD GRAAFF wins the 3rd ever SA OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP in Johannesburg Clifford took his first SA Open Crown after beating Fernando Rodrigues 2-0.Nando reached his first final after taking up the game at the beginning of 2009 and made some excellent saves in the final against Clifford. Nando almost went ahead midway through, but for a superb save on the line by Graaff. A very tactical game by Clifford saw him walk away with the top honour in the Senior section. RECORD FIELD IN THE JUNIOR SA OPEN This year SATFA split the Junior and Senior competition over two days. In the Under 10 category, Slade Livesey beat Anthony Davies 1-0 in a very exciting final game, after the record number of entrants in this Under 10 section. We had a total of 20 players in this section. CLEAN SWEEPS FOR LIVESEY AND GRAAFF JNR Slade Livesey won the Under 10 section Richard Graaff won the Under 13 and Under 15 category and also competed in the Senior tournament on the Sunday.  ____________________________________________ LEAGUE & CUP NIGHT JANUARY 2010Watch this space for the 2010 diary, soon to be finalised ________________________________________________ RAINBOW FLICKER ISSUE 4 now availableContact Clifford Graaff 082 683 6750 if you have not received a copy _____________________________________________________ JHB TFC JOINS FORCES WITH PANORAMA SPORTS CLUBThe Westrand arm of the Johannesburg Table Football Club will be moving location from Clifford Graaff's premises to the Panorama Sports Club in Radiokop Johannesburg. There are various reasons for this as Jason Kennedy explains, 'I have been a member at Panorama Football Club for 11 year's now and I am still there as a player and as a Director of Coaching, this makes logical sense, as our football section is 500 + players strong from Under 6 to Veterans, and our already 26 plus Table Football members should double from the game itself being exposed to the children and to the adult/ senior players and parents' We will be hosting the 2nd South African Open at the Clubhouse which boasts a full kitchen, excellent bar facility, toilets, change rooms, fields for the kids to run around on during their games off and it is in a very central location. We will be advertising the event and have already invited various sponsors and club members to come and watch and or participate, so these are very exciting times for the Westrand branch of the JHB TFC.
